SOLFLEXO 60

Solflexo 60 is a solvent designed for the development/processing of photopolymer flexographic plates.

It is used in prepress workshops (plate makers) to remove the non-printing areas after exposure, thus preparing the plate for printing.

Properties and Benefits

Suitable for all major brands of flexographic plates.
Not classified as hazardous for transport (No IMO), thanks to its flash point > 60 °C.
Low odor: Formulated for reduced smell, especially in well-ventilated environments.
High processing speed: Enables quick and efficient washing, optimizing workflow.
Efficient distillation:
   Can be recovered by distillation.
   Approximately 90% of the product can be reused.
   No additives needed for regeneration: Simply add 5–10% of fresh product.
Easy transition: Can be mixed with other single-component solvents without loss of efficiency.
